- Technical assistance for the creation of a software tool which generates ground-water cartography for the CHSE´s Hydrological Service, using techniques based on the exploitation of Geographic Information Systems to obtain isopiezometric lines for selected zones.

- Technical Assistance for the integration of the databases of the CHSE´s Hydrological Planning Office into the Documents Monitoring for Contracted Works, Consultations and Technical Assistance application, for the management and updating of the National Hydrological Plan.
